“Reiki finds us when you need it and gives us what we need” I have been using this phrase for years I don’t know where it originates from but I do know it absolutely TRUE.
Reiki found me when I needed it and it has always given me what I need even when I kicked and screamed and didn’t know what I needed -especially then!
It’s beyond my mind and ego and I call Reiki my heart compass leading me back to me.
When I started my Reiki centre I knew I was only the channel for Reiki to flow and heal others and myself. I knew that by doing Reiki on others it would heal me – the gift of giving Reiki.I knew that every time I gave an attunement I received an attunement -bringing in more light to me on a daily basis -the gift of giving Reiki.
With the light I would grow stronger as a healer and teacher but it would heal those things in myself that lead to self-sabotage and needed to be healed -the gift of giving Reiki.
I have always said there is no teacher – student relationship just student
– student relationship as I learn every day from clients and students as they do from me!
Reiki is truly the gift that keeps on giving, so make it a daily routine to gifted yourself Reiki,
I give myself daily Reiki -at night when I go to sleep and morning when I awake, I lie in bed and put my hands on my heart centre and give myself Reiki. Sometimes it’s just a few minutes, sometimes much more, but it is a daily practice I have done for years.
Make time to gift yourself Reiki, you are worth it and the results will be felt by everyone around.
