When asked this question we usually think of an instrument or sport however what the question is actually asking is what behaviour you practice.
Because if you practice for example anger, you will become very good at it in fact so good that people will see your angry a mile away.
If you practice worrying in your life then you will become very good at it. In fact so good that you will worry all the time, you will even worry about the illness you don’t have or the extreme coldness in the North Pole that doesn’t concern you.
If you practice complaining then you will become very good at it, in fact so good that you will find yourself complaining about everything .even if you have nothing to complain about – then this is what your complaint will be.
I choose to practice joy in my life, peace in my life and happiness in my life and I feel I am getting better at it every day.
